Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call 972-596-9400 with any questions or to schedule an appointment. You can also request an appointment directly on our site.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when being seen in our office.

When you call, we will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please let us know if you’re in pain or have an emergency; we’ll make every attempt to see you that same day.

While we make every attempt to stay on schedule, emergencies can sometimes delay regular appointments. We appreciate your understanding.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you must change or cancel your appointment.

For Your Initial Appointment

Please assist us by providing the following at your initial appointment:

• Your referral slip and any x-rays your referring doctor has provided.
• A list of medications you are presently taking including the dose.
• If you have dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms if you would like us to assist you in filing.
